• Through lanes will be reduced from 3 lanes to 2 lanes in all directions.
• Left-turns from North-bound and South-bound Hawthorne Blvd to will be reduced from 2 lanes to 1 lane.
• Right-turn from South-bound Hawthorne Blvd to West-bound PCH will be prohibited.
• Access to North-bound Neece Ave will be prohibited from West-bound PCH.
