• Through traffic will be reduced from 3 lanes to 1 lane in all directions.
• Left-turns will be prohibited in all directions.
• Right-turns prohibited in all directions, except EB PCH to SB Hawthorne Blvd.
• Access to Neece Ave north of PCH will be prohibited.

Ongoing through October 2022

• Through lanes will be reduced from 3 lanes to 2 lanes in all directions.
• Left-turns from NB and SB Hawthorne Blvd to will be reduced from 2 lanes to 1 lane.
• Right-turn from SB Hawthorne Blvd to WB PCH will be prohibited.

Message boards are deployed in all directions to inform drivers of the significant traffic impacts. Alternate routes are recommended.
