• Through lanes will be reduced from 3 lanes to 2 lanes in all directions.
• Left-turns from NB and SB Hawthorne Blvd to will be reduced from 2 lanes to 1 lane.

 In addition to the closures above:

Friday, Sept. 23 8:00 PM through Saturday, Sept. 24 6:00 AM

• WB PCH through lanes may be reduced from 3 lanes to 1 lane.

Saturday, Sept. 24 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM

• Traffic signal will be on 4-way flashing red mode.
• Torrance PD will be on site to direct traffic from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Turns will be prohibited in all directions.

 Saturday, Sept. 24 9:00 PM through Sunday, Sept. 25 6:00 AM

• Through lanes may be reduced from 3 lanes to 1 lanes in all directions.
